New HCEC Payment Options Automated telephone payments are now available at HCEC. Members can now securely make payments over our automated phone system at any time of the day with a personal check, Visa, or Mastercard. Our members can now call from anywhere, anytime to make a payment over the phone. By following the instructions on the automated system, you can make a payment that will post immediately to your account. You may access the automated payment system by calling the office as usual. To pay by Visa or Mastercard, choose option 3. To pay by personal check, choose option 4. For more information, visit our News page. **Please note that on weekdays the system will be unavailable from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm for the daily billing close and 11:00 pm to 11:45 pm for the back up.** ______________________________________________
