HCEC Annual Membership Meeting

The HCEC annual membership meeting is held on the first Thursday of each November.  It is here that members hear updates on cooperative business, election results, visit with co-op employees and board members, and share in food and fellowship with other cooperative members.  We look forward to seeing our members at the meeting each year.

Members who are unable to attend are encouraged to participate by returning a proxy card.  The proxy cards are available on the front of your October Texas Co-op Power magazine.   All proxies shall be counted in determining a quorum.

2010 Annual Meeting

The 2010 Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at the Crockettt Civic Center.  A catfish dinner with all the trimmings will be served before the meeting.  We are proud to say that the food is provided by cooperative employees and your fellow members.

Registration will begin at 4 p.m., and dinner will be served at 5 p.m.  The business meeting will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

As always, we hope that you will be able to join us.  If, however, you cannot make it, please mail in your proxy card so that HCEC may conduct cooperative business at the meeting.  This proxy card will be included on the cover of the October edition of your Texas Co-op Power magazine.
