Houston County Electric Cooperative Inc. has made arrangements with Fidelity Express? Network of merchants throughoutour service area to accept payments of your Electric bills.
Payments are processed electronically and we are able to view payments real time over the internet.

Please remember when using this option:
• Bring your bill with you
• Fidelity Express locations do not accept credit cards
• You will need to bring your Electric bill and cash or check in the amount of the bill plus a $1.00 processing fee.
• The store clerk will receive your funds and enter the payment information.
• You will receive a validated payment receipt as proof that you sent your payment.  Retain the customer receipt for your record.

There are currently five locations where you may pay your bill and we are working to provide more.
