New Ways to Pay!
Thursday, Apr 01, 2010 9:24am HCEC Offers a New Way to Pay!! Automated Telephone Payment System Now Active!! Houston County Electric is proud to offer our members a new way to pay their electric bills. Our members can now securely pay over our automated phone system 24 hours a day with a personal check, Visa, or Mastercard. Payment options in the past have been limited to members with internet access or to business hours when member service representatives could take phone payments. Our members can now call from anywhere, anytime to make a payment over the phone. By following the instructions on the automated system, you can make a payment that will post immediately to your account using a check, Visa, or Mastercard. We hope that this added convenience will help those members who are not always available to talk with a member services representative during business hours and those who may not have internet access. You may access the automated payment system by calling the office as usual. After you have been greeted by the automated system, you will hear a series of options. Option 3 will allow you to make a payment with a Visa or Mastercard, and option 4 will allow you to make a payment with a check.
